Associate Gunta Zariņa has more than 5 years of work experience in IP (trademarks, designs, copyrights) prosecution and enforcement matters, trademark and design opposition proceedings before the Latvian Patent Office (LPO) and European Union Intellectual Property Organization. She is responsible for advising clients regarding IP enforcement matters, preparing oppositions and observations to the oppositions, claims and other procedural documents in IP disputes.
