Partner Otilija Klimaitienė has more than 35 years of experience in IP prosecution and enforcement. Otilija Klimaitienė advises Lithuanian and foreign clients on issues related with IP portfolio protection, development, enforcement and strategy, represents Lithuanian and foreign clients in trademark and patent disputes at the Lithuanian State Patent Office, European Patent Office, European Union Intellectual Property Office.

• Advised Lithuanian manufacturer of alcoholic beverages on strategy of prosecution and enforcement of trademarks in alcoholic beverages market;
• Advised and together with US patent attorneys represented a Lithuanian company – the software manufacturer in the court case in US against patent “trolls”;
• Advised and represented Lithuanian manufacturer of alcoholic beverages before the State Patent Office and the courts in the case regarding the registration of the trademark “Lithuanian” for goods in class 33.
